Once you place the order, we will immediately prepare the product. Please notify us via email (hello@catcocreations.co.za) or WhatsApp( 081 781 6705) of any changes within 24 Hours of placing your order.

Please double check product, quantity and your shipping information before you check out.

All products are lovingly handmade to order. Please allow for 2 to 4 weeks, dependent on product and production. This allows us sufficient time to prepare your order, and also for the delivery time, which is between 3 and 5 working days. If we cannot meet these, we will immediately contact you.

Damages and issues
DAMAGED GOODS: Sometimes these things happen! We will happily replace any defective or broken merchandise unless a refund is requested.
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Any defects or damages must be reported within 7 business days of delivery date. No exceptions.
Packing materials must be used for return shipment to prevent damage in transit.

We are sorry that we don’t accept any returning reason except a damage situation. If you have any product’s questions please email to us: hello@catcocreations.co.za we are willing to help you.

Cat collars, please read the sizing instructions, or advise us of kittens’ age when placing your order.

• In the case of a manufacturer defect, we will provide a replacement product, a credit to be used for a different purchase or a refund, depending on the issue.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
• We unfortunately cannot accept returns where incorrect information has been provided to us. We will, however, assist with adjustments where possible if you return the item to us. You will be charged for return shipping.
• Sale items cannot be returned.
• Merchandise must be in its original condition.
• Please allow 3-5 business days for processing your request for return.

Please note that a separate shipping charge is levied on cat collars and bowties, as they are despatched from our exclusive tannery. Therefore, any order which includes a cat collar together with any other product/s of your choice, will have a separate shipping cost.

We are more than happy to assist with the layout of your cat wall, a small consulting fee will be levied depending on the size of space.
